     Corporate House Tacoma LLC offers the business traveler a well appointed house that allows guests to relax, work or play on business travel. Located in a very prime Tacoma area, just two blocks from the University of Puget Sound and four blocks from the trendy Historical district of Proctor, five minutes from Tacoma's city center. Tacoma boasts several museums, including the Glass Museum, Washington State Historical Museum, the Tacoma Art Museum and Working Maritime Museum. Adding the Tacoma Dome, Tacoma Convention Center, three major hospitals, University of Washington Tacoma, and many restaurants, shops and businesses.    

      Once you arrive at CHT you will notice all the amenities that are offered. Nothing has been spared to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Kitchen has everything one would need to prepare your dining needs. A bright and airy area has a small breakfast bar so you can enjoy a cup of coffee while going over the days agenda. Martini Bar area for those whom wish to concoct libations. The Living Room features cable television, DVD and a wood burning fireplace.

        The most essential working room for the business traveler is the Library-Office. This room is furnished with an over sized desk with  extra seating for two.        CHT also offers a Dining Room that will seat four for dinning or a meeting place. On the upper floor has two Bedrooms. One with queen and one with two singles. Each room has a luggage rack, iron and ironing board, alarms clock with radio and dark out drapes. Between the two Bed Rooms, at the top of the stairs, is an area to relax or read. Outside is the large fenced private yard with patio. CHT has a monitored security system with private reserved parking for two vehicles. Additional parking curb side.
